Jacob has extensive experience in the retail sector and is a co-owner of one of Sweden’s largest Elgiganten franchise clusters. In this role, he oversees financial controlling, payroll management, administrative processes, and the establishment of new store locations, with a strong emphasis on operational efficiency, structured follow-up, and scalable processes. In addition to his operational responsibilities, Jacob holds several board positions within the Alive Holding group.
